Well after many many months of researching Michael Jordan Rookie cards at Ebay and telling the Fakes from the Real Jordan Rookie cards there was 1 seller who described his card as follows :
This auction is for a MICHAEL JORDAN 1986 FLEER ROOKIE CARD NUMBER 57 OF 132, for people who think this card is a fake and I’m trying to scam someone, your wrong, and I’m going to tell you why and prove you wrong, please read below!!! The card is in excellent condition, corners are good, centering good, and the surface is good, if graded would easly be a 8.5 no question if not higher!!!

Easiest way of telling if the card is fake is if there is no decimals between the 28.2,22.2,and the 27.2 WHICH THIS CARD HAS!!!

if you flip the card over and hold it in the air, you should be able to see the outline of the basketball on the front.(which you can see on my card)

The photo itself is extremely grainy , and the Fleer Premier logo is about as fuzzy and indistinct as any MJ fake.(which this one is not)

On the back of the card, the printing and the logos are all fuzzy, as though printed on an ink-jet home printer. The ® and © logos are completely illegible, while the NBAPA wording on the bottom right is also unreadable.(this card has none of the fake Re-Print signs like stated and is as clear as can be)

Another major flaw or counterfeits is the Chicago Bulls logo. Looking at the eyes of the bull, the real card should show the whites of each eye(which this one does), but on a fake, the left eye of the bull is completely filled in with blue ink.(which this one does not)

The counterfeit card also weighs slightly less than normal (1.63 grams compared to 1.86 grams (which this card weighs 1.86 grams).

This card is a original in my opinon and many others , and I just proved that its legit from beckett.com standards, eBay’s policy is if a 1986 fleer Michael Jordan rookie card is not graded it suppose to be listed at re-print, well I do not want to list it as a re-print, I refuse, so im listing this card as unknown but with all the proof in the world that this card is believed to be 100% legit and the real deal….
This card has ALL of the above listed to prove it is the REAL ROOKIE CARD. I myself back in 1989 was doing a sportscards show and the table next to me was selling the packs at that time for $95.00 per pack well I had a great show and bought 2 unopened packs and to my surprise the Jordan Rookie and the Jordan sticker were in 1 pack of the cards very lucky !! I took the Jordan Rookie and put it into a 1/2 plastic screw down for protection and it has been in the holder ever since !! This is the real R.C. and would get a High grade !!
