Description

This is a vintage Solingen Sabre knife made by the Amerikan Knife company of Solingen,Germany. It is a used knife in good shape. Some fool had tried to sharpen with a grinder, took me 3 days to fix it by hand, but i garauntee it is one sharp bastage now. i only use the finest arkansas stones, and i finished the blade using a Translucent Arkansas stone, rated over 10k grit. Rated higher than a surgical stone. This would be a great addition to a collection with a little TLC, or an awesome hunting knife as it is right now. This knife is 9 inches tip to tail with a 5 1/8th inch blade. Good Luck!
